I am a freelance writer, researcher and cook. I create content for websites, blogs, workshops and social media and write and test recipes to teach. I am currently writing my first novel.

I am a freelance writer, researcher and cook. I create content for websites, blogs, workshops and social media and write and test recipes to teach. I am currently writing my first novel.

 I have extensive experience in the not for profit sector from running Green Renters which I co-founded in 2009. 

 My accomplishments include:
  •  Sold out Jams Pickles and Preserves masterclasses for the 2013 and 2014 Melbourne Food and Wine Festivals
  • Sold out Vegan Roast and Vegan Cooking masterclass events for the 2014 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival
  • Attainment of seven grants for Green Renters totalling 28K
  • Winner of 2011 World Wildlife Fund  Earth Hour award for education
  • Successful delivery of over 350 workshops on a diverse range of topics including green renting, saving energy, natural skincare, reducing food waste, containing gardening and natural cleaning. Clients have included many Victorian and New South Wales local councils, Macquarie University, Vic Super and many community groups.
  • Development of a Green Renters membership base of financial members 
  • Green Renters Expos for people living in rooming houses, social and low income housing, held in Richmond and St Kilda, Melbourne and Redfern, Sydney- the first of their kind in the world.
